After-Hours Emergency Care

At RainTree Veterinary Hospital, we want to ensure our patients have access to veterinary support even when our hospital is closed. We have partnered with VetWise to provide our clients with access to professional veterinary triage and guidance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, outside of our regular business hours.

Their complimentary triage service can help assess your pet’s situation, provide guidance on the appropriate next steps, and determine whether immediate emergency veterinary care may be required.

For after-hours emergencies, please call 250-941-1145. Our after-hours message will provide instructions on how to access veterinary assistance.

If you are concerned about your pet and are unsure whether the situation can wait until we reopen, we encourage you to use the after-hours triage service for guidance.
